Fear of God Nike AIR FOG 1 Due to Drop Again This Month

Fear of God is a brand that built itself on minimalism and genderless fashion. Jerry Lorenzo, the founder of Fear of God, ended 2018 in the best way possible by dropping his incredible Nike Fear of God 1s. Now he’s starting the new year with more of Fear of God Nike drops. There’s also a little rumor that the Air Fear of God 1 will release again this month.

Fear of God x Nike

Jerry Lorenzo’s collaboration with Nike is a big deal. It means that now there’s a more affordable way to get your hands on Fear of God merch, without burning a hole through your pocket. You could get co-branded items and be literally own Lorenzo’s minimalistic, carefree fashion, with some military aesthetic and a sportswear twist. You can wear ’em to chill, and you can wear ’em to ball.

Air Fear of God 1

There are already a couple of different silhouettes. The most important of them is the Air Fear of God 1. This shoe gives off some major Yeezy 750 vibes. And since there are no 750s in sight, you might as well pick these up. Replacing “Boost” there’s that thick translucent Air unit which is both attractive and functional. It is minimal in branding and dons a military-like aesthetic. This is the silhouette which is rumored to drop again in January.

Nike Fear of God SA

A variation of the FOG 1 is the Shoot Around (SA). It dons a simpler silhouette, ditching the cage for a collar strap and toggle lacing instead. The Black Nike FOG Shoot Around dropped along with the first release retailing for $300 USD. Today it is reselling for an average of $596 USD. Due sometime in 2019 is the Light Bone colorway. It will be available on Nike SNKRS and Nike retailers.

Fear of God Nike Air Skylon 2

Jerry Lorenzo came out with this new and simple take on the Nike Air Skylon 2. There’s a White version with a Black Swoosh, and an all-Black colorway. The lacing is similar to the FOG Shoot Around with the toggle system, which is starting to look like Jerry Lorenzo’s signature move. The branding is simple and barely there.

Fear of God Moccasin

In Particle Beige, comes a clean mid-cut Nike Fear of God Moccasin. It will feature a large midfoot strap and the Nike Air bubble use in other Fear of God sneakers. To many, this silhouette is not as hard as the Air Fear of God 1s, yet it’s still a Fear of God sneaker so it’ll have some value in the aftermarket. Moreover, there are leaked pictures of a black colorway for the FOG Moccasin.

New Mystery Model

It also looks like there’s a new silhouette in the works, and the staps on the upper give off some Air Raid vibes. Jerry Lorenzo does not take breaks, does he?!

Based on StockX, the Air Fear of God 1 in Light Bone is currently reselling for an average of $1,198 USD and the Black colorway goes for an average of $800 USD. So here’s a second chance to get ’em at retail price. Maybe you can even get away with flipping them for some profit, just don’t be like those kids ruining the reselling game for everyone.
