G-Dragon’s PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise” Drops This Weekend!
Kwon Ji-Yong, aka G-Dragon, is a South Korean singer-songwriter, entrepreneur and fashion icon. In 2016, G-Dragon launched his personal fashion brand PEACEMINUSONE as an online store, which evolved into physical stores in London and Seoul. And now, in 2019, Nike and PEACEMINUSONE join forces to give us the super cool Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise”.
PEACEMINUSONE x Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise”
At first glance, the latest collaborative Nike Air Force 1 doesn’t leave much to the imagination and seems just like another AF1. However, we’re all wrong! The upper is not going to stay this dull because it’s actually loosely painted black. The black will eventually fade away after wear and will reveal G-Dragon’s masterpiece which actually reflects his eccentric style.
In addition to this dope detail, the white midsole and outsole both bear black paint streaks to give an edgy vibe to the kicks. A white leather swoosh is a staple in all Nike Air Force 1s, and all Nike releases for that matter. PEACEMINUSONE opts for branding the tongue with its daisy logo embroidery. Finally, we can find the last detail, a crossed out PEACEMINUSONE logo on the inside of the collar. Oh, the kicks will also come with decorative pins for the top eyelets too!
The sneakers will release on November 23rd for $200. This pair is worth you time because it has an average resale value of $717.
What About That Red Swoosh?
Well, the same shoe design is dropping with a teeny tiny alteration. A red swoosh replaces the white one. Why? Because the Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise” with a red swoosh is a Korea-exclusive release. These shoes are also dropping on November 23, but they have an average resale value of a whopping $3,352!
Nike Air Force 1 “Para-noise” Glammed up
PMO’s official page on Instagram just posted a picture of a very sparkly iteration of the kicks! The whole upper and the daisy logo both don crystals all over. It might potentially be a new Swarovski project since they already worked with Nike on several pairs.
If you’re a fan of the Nike Air Force 1, make sure you check out everything that dropped this fall!
