Nike SB Dunk J Pack “Chicago” Is The Mashup We Need In Our Lives!
The Dunk year hits once again, in an iconic way! I mean, we love dunks, we love Jordans, so why not have the best of both worlds? Apparently, Nike was thinking the same when they came up with the Nike SB Dunk J Pack! And the latest addition to the line, the Chicago Dunks, is definitely the cherry on top.
A History of Nike SB Dunk J Pack
Nike Dunks first dropped in 1985 as basketball kicks with the first pack “Be True to Your School”. This pack earned a tribute in 2020 with Nike Dunk Brazil and St. John’s! However, we can never shake off the similarity between the Air Jordan 1 silhouette and the Dunks. In 2002, Nike decided to go into the skating world that was growing bigger day by day.
Naturally, the company went bigger in 2005 and dropped the Nike SB Dunk J Pack, or Jordan Pack! They were called that way because the kicks rocked some of the OG Jordan colorways! The first pair was inspired by the OG Royal Blue AJ1s. And speaking of Royal Blue Js, Jordan Brand retroed them this year with a twist. So let’s check them out, and see why you should set your eyes on the Chicagos!

2020’s Nike SB Dunk J Pack “Chicago”
The latest colorway of the SB Dunks will channel the spirit of the OG Air Jordan 1 Chicago! With the black and red leather upper, the kicks almost look like a low top Jordan 1. They would lowkey pass for one to the untrained eye! But the only difference is that the heel on the Nike SB Dunk Chicago is black instead of red.

Retail Price: $100
Avg. Resale Value: $1,160
